I cleaned/diced a bag of jalapeños to freeze. This dumb ass didn’t wear gloves because “jalapeños aren’t that hot.” Every tiny cut, hang nail or broken skin of my hands were like a lit grass fire.
I used to cook with Hatch chilis in CO. You’d think I’d know better. 🔥🔥🔥
