Pecker also has a right to buy stories from any seller and not publish them.
Surely Pecker would not have been involved in the falsifying of records within the Trump organization for “legal services.” That would have been between Numbnuts, Cohen and Weisselberg.
So why does Pecker need immunity? What do the Feds have on him that is forcing him to talk?

@Victor I remember that. But what leverage does the government have over him and AMI? Having stories in a safe is hardly criminal. Having records about conversations to buy stories and hide them is not criminal, according to the lawyers on TV. There must be something else that Pecker and AMI are worried about. Unless it is simply that they have been subpoenaed and have to show up and tell the truth.
