@kay_dub ooh! I love it! Which one did you use for this, ours broke recently.

@vo1de I grabbed an inexpensive set from the big A. I just wanted a Musubi mold, but for another dollar, I got the one with two Onigiri molds as well. I think the set was $7.
Worth every penny. I can mold by hand, but this is way less messy, with consistent results.

@kay_dub tbh I've always just used a baking scoop and my hands. The mold we have was a cute cat shaped plastic one, it was adorable but didn't last long, we make a lot of 🍚 balls in this house. Was wondering if silacone molds would work better.

@vo1de I think silicone would be the best material for the molds. Easy to release the rice and clean.

Mine are plastic, don't expect they'll last a long time, but I like the concept.
