Well, it's been a while since our last doggie passed over the rainbow bridge, and we're finally ready for a new furry family member.
Just heard from some dog folks we'd met camping a few years ago, and they may have a puppy we could adopt in January!
Will try not to get TOO excited, in case it doesn't work out, but PUPPY!!!

I’m glad you are ready. I still can’t imagine replacing Abby. But it’s only been 9 months.
