What’s for dinner? Dumplings! Gonna make pot stickers, and dumpling soup. Freezing half of them.

@LnzyHou Ground pork and Bok Choy leaves (from one big bunch), plus some scallions. Probably 2/3 veggies to meat.

@redsheri1 I put in pork and bok choy leaves, plus a handful of scallions, and a couple cloves of garlic (for luck!). Boiled a test dumpling, delicious!
