Hello fellow Canadian #CosoNauts. Where are you getting your Canadian news from. I have found our media severely lacking and biased towards Conservatives.
I'll be honest when I say I am far more engaged in American politics than Canada. I have no clue what's happening. I can say for certain that from all the F*** Trudeau flags in our area that the lies and false equivalencies are getting worse?
@Tacitus_Kilgore I’m a proud Canadian so concentrate on Canadian news first and foremost. Mainly Global out of Vancouver and Kelowna, and CBC. They give us anything important from the US. We get too much influence from south of the border anyway.

@k_ratoncita I just went to CBC's website and the top story is about ankle socks. Like WTAF???
I went to Global, half their site is ads and the other half just nonsense stories.
I'm going to check out CTV now. No surprise what I will find there. Maple Maga propaganda.
@k_ratoncita It is, but anything related to space flight I go directly to the NASA site. Plus all the major networks have coverage on this.
I would rather the news be covering the topics that concern the lives of Canadians. Healthcare issues, poverty, housing, climate.
This is a real problem for MSM world-wide. There are very few reputable news sources left. There was a time where news was just the news. Now it's ratings and $$.

@k_ratoncita CBC is far too conservative leaning for my taste. As our National Broadcaster they should be doing a better job at reporting news and less with opinion pieces. They are no better than the NY Times Newspaper.
I've never really watched Global News because it's been a long time since we've had cable television. I will check out their website to see what they are reporting.
