On the news tonight: new regulation requires 3 hr min nursing care per patient.
This cut margins.
It will be a less attractive industry... which is a good thing.
IMHO we need government solutions and not market solutions for skilled nursing facilities.
I was knee deep in the SF Laguna Honda debacle for a year.

I think NA. That would be a lot less expensive, but still more costly.
I just saw the issue on the news just now, so that's the depth of my understanding.
