They're very, very upset with HIMARS (all 4 of them).
The satellites in question belong to Space-X and the US DoD. Russia doesn't anything that can reach them.
A significant chunk of Russia's offensive cyber capability has been directed at Space-X over the last few months. So far Space-X is winning.

@jurban DS's map always makes me giggle. But it's almost useless for my needs so I rarely see it.
FIRMS satellite fire data is somewhat lacking over the last 48hrs due to cloud cover.
