I've been there, too.
Crawling up out of it takes discipline, effort and (most importantly) courage.

All hard things can be broken down into multiple easier things.

But, don't own problems you cannot solve. Climate change and this Supreme court is definitely not in your wheelhouse.

I'm now reading Marcus Aurelius' The Meditations. It has provided a lot of perspective on what I should think is important.
