I believe that the smartest people in the world (and those on CoSo) should devote a little time understanding "The Problems".

I believe we spend too much ineffective time thinking about, or debating "The Solutions".

Maybe discussing, unveiling, more details about The Problem is less contentious?

I've been focused on Wildfire Management lately. I spend a lot of my personal time talking to experts in this space. I'm continually reassured that too little effort is made defining the problems
