Debt is created when the prices are so out of reach for the consumer in order to create massive profits for the provider. So I say, cancel it all! It was price gouging to begin with.

I once heard that ancient Israel used to cancel debt every 72 years. True? Now, the source was Pat Roberson, so I'm terribly skeptical.
