Probably.
He assumes that unfettered free speech will actually improve democracy. That assumes people can comprehend the data, turn it into information, and then act on it in their best interests. Twitter is a cesspool of bad data and information.

Indeed, it is. The ONLY reason I still have an account (locked) is so my name can’t be harvested by someone else.
