That's the last offensive capable elements of 41st CAA (came out of Belarus).
Formed up to drive south. Got about 50ft outside of that town and got hit by an ambush from Ukr 1st Tank Brigades T-84's.
Stalled.
Got hit all along the column by Ukr drone directed 122mm artillery.
Charged forward again. Ukr tanks opened up a hole and let them through, killing them from both sides of the hole.
41st CAA is no longer a viable or organized force.

"Unknown Russian officer to HQ: Almost lost 6th regt. I am trying to gather all, many lost in an ambush of front of column including Regt CO. Will withdraw."

What we see in that video is the Russians attempting to turn that column around and retreat under fire.

@jurban Your top four reasons, in roughly equal amounts.
There are no Belorussians fighting against Ukraine. Lukashenko declined Putin's offer to join the war. Supposedly because his generals threatened to revolt.
There are Belorussian volunteers fighting alongside of Ukrainians against the Russians.
@jurban @th3j35t3r The Russian units seen in that video belong to the Russian 41st CAA plus the 6th Tank Regiment from the Russian 90th Tank Division.
All are from the Russian Central District. 41st CAA is not an "elite" unit, it was considered a 2nd line reserve unit. 90th Tank Div was an "elite" unit.
41st has lost 2 deputy commander Major-Generals, several brigade commander, and several regimental commanders.
...and hundreds of tanks and other vehicles.
