@junbug178 Quiche is the deal. What kind did you make?
@JLong well, I made a butternut squash soup 3 days ago, so I am really craving some protein. This quiche has some bacon, mushrooms, spinach and sharp cheddar cheese.
@junbug178 Right on, that sounds awesome. I used to have a pop-up breakfast take-away that was mostly a variety of quiche. I'm a fan.

@JLong man, you were making the dough too. We just buy the pie crust. Fresh pie crust is way better tbough.
@junbug178 Its better but still a hassle, i use the store crust all the time nowadays.
@junbug178 It's all about the prep. I started at 5a.m. so i would cook some ingredients and make pastry the night before. Then its just adding egg custard and cheese. No menu so i made up some wild ones on the fly along with traditional kinds. Good times.
