Nightwish - Endless Forms Most Beautiful.
The power house band from Finland recently had some of their albums reissued on spectacular splatter vinyl. This album was originally released in 2015.
The presentation is excellent with both LP’s house in a gatefold cover. The inner sleeves are glossy so the vinyl needs protecting with better sleeves.
The vinyls are a beautiful transparent with black and gold (or yellow) splatter.
It’s time to hit the Jungle before arriving at Paradise City. It’s #gunsnroses and the #greatesthits album on some splattered vinyl. Does anyone here like Guns ‘N’ Roses? 🤔😂
I don’t usually buy best of albums but it’s Guns and it’s splatter vinyl! Nuff said!!!!

It’s the Queen of Doom, Chelsea Wolfe and her incredible ‘Abyss’.
This is a black and blue transparent splatter vinyl and looks as wonderful as the album itself. Its all housed in a matte effect gatefold sleeve.
The album is dark, it’s moody, it’s brooding, it’s haunting, it’ll challenge you to listen to every nuance, but it’s never bland or safe. Time to live on the edge!
Oceansize - Everyone into Position, a classic blast from the mid-noughties (2005 to be exact).
The album was originally released on black vinyl and there was also a reissue in 2011. The version in the photo is the 2022 reissue on a gloriously bright yellow splatter! You knew I was going to buy the splatter version, didn’t you!

Amplifier’s brilliant self-titled debut album was recorded in 2002-2003 and released in 2004. It didn’t appear on vinyl until 2016 and was reissued on colour swirl wax in 2022 along with an extra track. The new ‘encore’ piece is called Glory Electricity and is just as strong as the other tracks.
This album can be explosive, it can be mellow, but overall it is quite hypnotic and takes you on a fantastic journey - listen to the lyrics carefully, they’re subtle!

Those masters of psychedelic trance and ambient, Shpongle, reissued all there albums on limited edition colour vinyls. I decided to grab a copy of the first album, Are You Shpongled. And here it is, a striking blue and black swirl triple LP set!
