I think he meant bringing money to the state, as in bringing businesses and manufacturing back to the state, not handouts.

@johnldeboer If you go to his website, he talks about how corporations have removed jobs from MO. He's talking about working to bring those jobs and small businesses back, not getting $$ from the government.
