@LnzyHou Al Dente makes Carba-Nada fettuccine which is pretty good. Still has carbs, but only 24 grams net, compared to around forty in the usual pasta. I’ve tried those substitutes for pasta and rice made with chick peas, cauliflower, or whatever, and they suck.(Agree about keto ice cream!) Keto bread, though, has made improvements. And I’ve found tortillas I use for wraps that only have 1 to 4 net carbs, depending on size, and they taste like regular tortillas.
I’ll celebrate with champagne the day good keto pasta comes on the market. I stick to keto foods because of blood sugar issues and like brown rice pasta but only on cheat days. *Sigh*
Don’t miss pasta enough to waste money experimenting on many different products.
($5-6 for keto ice cream I threw away is total waste)
I rely on folks like you to lead me to low carb products worth the investment.
Many thanks 🌺
I love Italian food, so if I could make some cacio è pepe or carbonara or Bucatini all'Amatriciana, I’d be in heaven.
@LnzyHou Both Mission and La Banderita make those tortillas. I’ve found those brands in several supermarkets, including Walmart.
Thank you John
@LnzyHou 👍
@johnldeboer
I miss tortillas terribly. Where are you finding 1-4 net carbs tortillas?
