SCOTUS has already proven by their own actions they aren't capable of policing themselves with regards to any ethics. They must have an enforceable code of ethics with severe consequences for any violations including removal from the bench!

@1Firewire Yeah, a self-policing, non-binding ethics code should work, right? SCOTUS doesn’t really care about consequences. What consequences? They’re SUPREME! Nothing can touch them. The only solution is to expand the Court so at least the partisanship and corruption can be diluted.
