Driver of ‘Booty Patrol’ truck that resembled Border Patrol is cited in Florida
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office cited the driver for having lights resembling those of law enforcement. The vehicle read “Booty Patrol” on the back.

All I can think of is that he used humor to keep real cops from stopping him, and relied on poor English skills of immigrants to scare the bejezus out of them.
