Black Hammer started out as a sovereign citizen-ish group running a land-back grift in Colorado and quickly moved to become a cult in Georgia that preyed on at-risk street kids, using rape as a punishment for those who wanted to leave. The Russian stuff is just another layer on their crazy-cake.
Fortunately, local news has written about this group. National publications aren't interested.
