That's the post war West German coat of arms. Not the nazi era eagle.

Article states that the writing across the top is "Bundeswehr", which is the post war German army formed in 1955.

Again, not a nazi t-shirt.

All of that being said, Kanye is just dumb enough to believe that it actually is a nazi symbol.
