I guess now we know why the famed Doomsday Plane didn't make its usual appearance at the victory parade yesterday:

@jgold I chased this a little bit more and saw that in summer 2021, Russia announced it would built a new prototype. In September they announced that the prototype would be done by the end of the year.
My guess would be: they did not finish it in time and it is sitting somewhere half-done. Maybe all the parts got sold on eBay, as Beau Fifth Column says.
