When you end up cancelling a search warrant and returning all of the materials you seized when you raided a small-town newspaper, you're admitting that you fucked up and should never have raided the newspaper in the first place.
The only things that Marion County should be working on right now are the groveling apology, the resignations of the police chief and the magistrate judge (at least), and the writing of a large check.
