Took a much needed break from the interwebs. Hope I didn't miss anything too important. How is everybody today? In NM the weather has turned to my favorite time of the year. Excited to see some hot air balloons. This year, they are doing a balloon glow during the eclipse!
@SmirkingRaven It is the most chill crowd I have ever been part of. Everyone on the field turns into an eight year old.
@jasod that sounds awesome! So they light the balloons so they glow from the interior?
@nopuppet_007 the flames they inflated with are several feet high. They just inflate and don't take off.bit is usually something they do at night or early morning.
@jasod nice... i miss the ballooning in Taos! so magical..
@jasod I only lived there for 10 months but, the sight of all those unique balloons in the air during the early morning was quite amazing.
