I don't know how long we have to wait for sentencing…

@maybeimaleo @igneousidol But he isn't in jail. People are not always automatically jailed prior to sentencing, and he isn't. The judge in the case would not even jail him when he commited contempt and court violations.

Even if he is sentenced, he will appeal everything, and he wouldn't be going in even if he loses the appeals until after the election.

The best I'm hoping for at this point is that he'll lose the election, and then maybe, if we're really lucky, he will end up incarcerated. But I'll be surprised if the judge orders time behind bars at all.

@AskTheDevil @igneousidol I tend to agree, but Judge Merchan has noted how monetary punishment doesn't work for (convicted felon) Trump. So what else is there but jail?

Maybe community service? That'd be a first for convicted felon Trump.
