@ContentWarningVirusB42 No it's not always best in small packages. It's best in the quantity you need it in. And I need a substantial amount.

It's used in reef tanks as a neutral adhesive along with some epoxies.

The item I linked isn't just CA, they added rubber beads to it as a strengthening agent like rebar. Turns out I can't use that.

And I know about the other polystyrene glue, which isn't used in reef tanks because it breaks down and kills stuff.

@ContentWarningVirusB42 I'm going to be building a rockscape using 20 to 30 pounds of rock, so I need about 250 to 300 grams of that stuff. But I really didn't wanna pay for the $50 US bottle on Bulk Reef Supply, which would be 65 Canadian plus $100 in shipping.
So was trying to find a large bottle of CA elsewhere.

@CannibalHoliday @ContentWarningVirusB42 do you have any hobby stores around you? the ones that deal with trains, rc cars etc. have a large variety of CA glues

@ibid @ContentWarningVirusB42 Yeah, but I live on Prince Edward Island. There's not much of a community for that, so the bottles are tiny and just as expensive as at the hardware store. Nobody really expects you to need to use a cup or two of cyanoacrylate at a time unless you watch into a reef store.

@ibid @ContentWarningVirusB42 argh, "walk into"...

Why do I keep typing the wrong words? they're not even typos. Whole wrong words. 😂
