With options limited, ended up with 2003's UFO doc Out of the Blue, which failed the low bar of '70s In Search Of... watchability I craved for a Halloween close-out.
@BosmangBeratna Agreed the YT stuff is bottom of the barrel (and opens up the algo to suggest even worse). Wanted something in the In Search of/Unsolved mysteries creepy infotainment vein. Expected that a Coyote-narrated doc would meet that expectation.
@horacemajeur I'll see if I can't drudge one or two noteworthy ones out. They're typically very dry, very detail-heavy.
UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) is where you get more 'verifiable claims.' Much less conjecture, much more science.
@horacemajeur Horace, I was heavily engaged in #UFOlogy for the entirety of my twenties. If you're looking for some recommendations, most of them would be books. YT's loaded with the bottom of the barrel when it comes to 'corrobating evidence.' In most instances, which I feel safe in generalizing when speaking of UFOlogy, the waters are so-muddied, one is inundated quickly.
There are a litany of corroborated instances out there, ranging from theoretical to "well, that's fkn spooky."
