X-rays didn't show any obvious tumors, but did show a very enlarged liver, also indicative of Cushing's. No visible issues in the nose that may explain bleeding. Next is a test for Cushing's tomorrow. It's an 8 hour long test, so that will be interesting.

It happened again last night. My dog's nose started bleeding from the left nostril. We were able to get it stopped with ice packs on the nose. Last week we took him to the vet for the same thing, but they had no idea what caused it. Any ideas?

Anyone have a recommendation on a good nose balm for dogs? It's so dry it's bleeding occasionally. Using olive oil to soften it up for now.

Is this thing on? Hello? Any of my Twitter followers here yet?
