@LnzyHou He's tough but fair and extremely generous to people who deserve it. He doesn't suffer fools at all, but genuinely cares about the people who are really trying hard to succeed. He helps a lot of people, including former contestants of Hell's Kitchen, Top Level Chef and his Nightmares shows. Just don't be an "idiot sandwich" with him.
