Don't remember if he signed or not last time, but he didn't follow it. He's not going to follow it now. There's no ramifications if he does or does not. Just theatre covering it.
@grrlscientist How many times do we have to say it? This time he’s going full fascist and he will dismantle our government and our democracy. There’s nothing to stop him - he’s got Congress and the courts are thoroughly corrupted. He’s never cared about following the laws before, now he’ll just replace the laws he doesn’t like. And Vance will be worse.
