i love learning new words, although this new word is, or should be, an affront to all rational people:
sane-washing: the process whereby the media cover up Trump's unintelligible gibberish by cleaning up his quotes, never reporting his mental deterioration, and pretending he's sane no matter how insane his comments
omg! i thought it meant the complete opposite- like proof checking!
i saw that one post showing the woman on FOX "sane washing" trump's comment, and i didn't understand why- because she "white washed" his actual words.
Now I know it was
SANE- WASHING
@grrlscientist I know of a few people whose head I'd hold under water to ensure all corruption was removed.
