@gregscloud1 Right! Sometimes people don't want advice or to fix something in the moment, they just want to tell their story and be heard.
@AskTheDevil for sure, often people listen without hearing, because they are thinking about what they are going to say in response and so miss what’s being said. Sometimes too, what’s not said speaks louder than what is.
