- physical timers with post-it notes labeling what the timer is for
- Set an alarm/reminder immediately for any new task that comes up that I’m not doing immediately.
- Make a “could do” list so I know what I’d like to do
- make a “won’t do” list so Im clear on what I am not going to try to do today
- use things that automatically shut off when done, eg instant pot, electric kettle
- Lego timeline. There are only so many bricks in a day. How many bricks for each task, how many fit?

@Flibitz love these, Ty for replying. I’m trying to get a good fit still. I have tried a hunkered different things. My problem is I am seeking the holy grail system, the one system to beat them all, and then end up never establishing something consistent. I use Alexa but it starts annoying me. I do have a timer on my med dispenser, so I know 4 times a day when it’s going off.
