I made an appointment last night to get my flu and CIVID shot.

Once again, my insurance company refuses to pay for inoculations at a pharmacy, so I pay out of pocket for the flu, and have to wait until Tuesday to bitch at them, again, and find out where I can go for the $200 shot.

Likely the info I get will be incorrect, as this has happened before when I asked where they would pay, only to find out i was declined again.

🤬

Just griping about our healthcare.

That's all.

"COVID" not "CIVID".

...grumble...grumble...fat fingers...grumble...grumble...

@grayman

Check with your Public Health department about where to get free vaccines.

@grayman . You should gripe about your health insurance provider. They're the ones screwing you.

@TR_forester6291

I intend to.

The last time this sort of thing happened, I was told of a few locations where I could get my shot.

My insurance card wasn't accepted at any.

But the card works for other medical care, just not for a vaccine unless I schedule an appointment at a doctor's office for one.
