I have a taste for eggs benedict really bad but I don't have the ingredients nor have I ever made it before... and I don't feel like going to a restaurant... ☹️ I'm going to learn how to make it.

Love Benedicts too. Hollandaise should have touch of lemon. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. English muffins toasted (not soggy from egg water).

Takes time but worth the effort 💛
