nine years ago someone unfriended me on facebook because i would not change my avatar to Bernie Sanders. not a problem, i don't want to be friends with anyone that into micromanaging
... but i did temporarily change my avatar to Hitler on a unicycle juggling fish covered by rainbow pride colors because the discussion of some guy (of course it was a guy) demanding i change my avatar became quite humorous.

@redenigma When I pick an avatar, I tend to stick with it. I don't go to court to have a legal name change every time I'm in a mood; I don't see why I should need to change my avatar because of some current events. Seriously, people have better things to do.😏
