I was watching You Only Twice Twice yesterday and the Japanese detective tells 007 that in our country men comes first and women next as a bunch of women bathe these 2 men. Ok, it was 1967, but it still made me cringe. Then I tune to Joel Osteen live (which I do once in a while for fun). The woman preacher is quoting some convenient verse as they always do that "women should be obedient to men".
@giri_ram yeah, that wasn't Jesus. that was Paul the misogynist. up until Constantine became Christian, women most certainly were ministers. it was Paul that told women to sit down & shut up.
