Mizuna! Mibuna!

Testing and tasting new winter greens. Both are brassicas. I can’t really judge their flavor yet b/c we haven’t had a frost yet, and that will change them (for the better.) Right now they’re definitely mustardy.

Adding these to my lunch salad of salt-pickled peppers and tomatoes.

I've personally gotten some feedback from expressing critique ... which proves this. It's not an open minded party.
