arghhhh... oregon ONE is making me crazy... i recieved two letters yesterday re: elderly aunt w dementia. Letter one has an assessment saying she still qualifies for service. Letter two says if I don"t reply w her renewal by 12/31 she will lose all benefits. I already replied to that in the end of Sept... They say their notice dated Sept 14 tells me how to reply. Did I mention that I already returned that form? So no idea how to reply again... I'm on hold trying to speak to a hooman

22 minutes on hold, robot tells me I am next in line and then BOOM! Straight to voicemail (with a nice robot telling me they understand how frustrating it is to wait on hold only to get sent to voice mail...

went to the Oregon ONE website. Logged in. It required me to reset password. (reasonable enough) THEN REQUIRED A NEW EMAIL? And now I am no longer linked as a representative of my elderly dementia patient aunt in MemCare. GREAT JOB IT. not. Competence is clearly an underrated skill set.

and then the IT person hung up on me after saying they would never ask for a new email unless I was creating an account. Over 20 years in SW Test experience. I can tell you the EXACT STEPS I TOOK and I most certainly DID NOT select "create account"
