As far as I'm concerned, anyone who doesn't leave Twitter tacitly admits that they condone this type of behavior by its owner.
There's no more middle ground: either you leave the platform to deny this imbecile ad revenue made off of you or you stay and support his bullshit.
There's no "fixing it from within," anymore.
For some in rural news deserts, xitter active info channels can literally be the difference between life and death. Perhaps you've never experienced the terror of your one dependable local radio station going quiet during a tornado event while delivering live updates. Think about it. Maybe tone down your judgement a notch or several.
@fugitive247 Heh. I grew up in a farming community of 100 people where we had one Country radio station and cable hadn't reached yet in the 1970s. I understand the idea. I don't accept that reasoning.
