Today I'm finally digging into the big pots that were abandoned by the previous tenants. Given that those tools were definitely not the sharpest in the shed, it's doubtful any good could come from trying to salvage whatever planting medium led to their lack of success. I plan to mix my own. An old steak knife quickly turned a sturdy, empty tea jug into a nice, big scoop. Oh, the crazy winds today knocked over the image, not me! 🤣
Always dumbfounded by folks who say they can’t keep plants alive. It seems they blame everything but their lack of attention.
Plants need regular water/food/correct soil/light. It’s not that complicated.

I generally don't like to talk smack about people, but... Damn! Everyone was relieved when they got evicted after months of their... I want to be polite and say 'dysfunction' but it was downright f*ckery.
Apologies for the mini rant. Yes, thank you. I am excited to get back into things not enjoyed since my youth - and gardening was a vital one. Loved gardening with my mom.
