Jim: 'Pssssttt...what does a yellow light mean?'
Bobby: 'Slow down.'
Jim: 'Okay. What...does...a...yellow...light...mean?'
Bobby: 'Slow down!'
Jim: 'Okay. Whaaat...doooeees...aaa...yeeel-looow...liiight...meeeaaan?'
This was one of my all-time favorite scenes. Thanks for the highly enjoyable memory. 😄

I seldom watched the show - but I do remember this scene.
As for favorite (limited, in my case) - there was one episode with a mime in the garage... Rev Jim sees the mime performing 'The Invisible Wall / Box' routine... starts mimicking the mime... then casually asks: "When did they put *this* here?"
