If Dollar General keeps building new stores any further back in the boonies, they're gonna need to change their name to Holler General.

Trust this Ozarker - rural America needs their "Holler General" stores. Some townships don't have so much as a gas station with or without a convenience store. If weather is bad, your vehicle is down, or whatever, and you can't get to (ha-ha!) "civilization", one's local DG could be the resource that saves somebody's butt. No foolin'.
@fugitive247 I live in the boonies. True, they can be a lifesaver. But there is also a huge markup on a lot of essential items.
