This is key. Repeat preposterous claims over and over and it starts to sound plausible to low-info voters, and you end up with "both sides" frustration over made up nonsense.

@mcfate we must never lose sight of the fact that the fascists are masters of propaganda. The truth is meaningless to them; what matters to them is results, regardless of the means.

Okay, let me make it clear that I don't believe in the "power of propaganda". People believe what they WANT to, and then find EXCUSES for it.

I don't even believe that advertising works except in cases where people have no real investment in the choice they make, like Coke versus Pepsi.
