@mcfate the wife and I keep talking about sitting down and watching Alien and Aliens one of these nights. Such amazing movies.
One of my favorite stories about Alien is that the set for the Nostromo was deliberately built to be cramped, and Ridley Scott kept everyone on-set for long hours in close quarters to amplify the feelings of paranoia and confinement.
Now I'm all excited to get the blu-rays out π€£ #xenomorph #itsabughunt

He also messed with the actor's heads a bit. That scene with Tom Skerrit crawling though pipework took about a day and a half to film, shot by shot, and Skerrit had no real idea at which point he was going to get jumped by the monster.
