A few birthdays (and waistline inches) ago, I asked my wife to make a cake from #GBBO - this one is called a Torte Setteveli, which translates to Seven Veils, referring to the seven layers in this cake.
This was ..... incredible. But I couldn't eat more than a slice or two.
