When you have no concerns other than your own survival, your actions become predictable, and what is predictable is controllable through the application of force.

What fascists cannot predict, because they cannot understand it, is love. They can only see it as a sentiment that makes people do stupid things. But its power to unite makes love the most effective tool of resistance against fascist control.
