(I got an upgrade due to hotel being filled to the brim and I was a late check-in due to a snowstorm that took over Finland today. I might have looked slightly like a wet poodle, shivering in the reception)
After sauna, I am nice and toasty, and relaxed..
Yikes! The first time I brought E-Man to Helsinki it was December and we were in an ice and slush fest, too. No fun. None!
It was a miracle I could drag him back to Finland, but at least the next trip was in July and he loved it.
Good luck at the conference. Do you have to speak or are you just attending?

The slush at Slush really came through this year. Horrible snow storm and it is going to be round 2 tomorrow.. just in time for me to repeat the extra long drive.

@evamarie Yup. Participating in a legislative conference tomorrow, but it starts at 9, so I had to come in today.
Unfortunately Slush conference is happening here too, so every room is fully booked in the greater Helsinki area.
