They always tell on themselves and never last long. One of the great things about curating our experiences is that when we report these people, they get taken care of, unlike other sites that claim to police themselves and listen to users but in fact do absolutely nothing to stop any of it. Looking at YOU, Elmo MuskRAT and Zuckerbot.
