The number one skill companies are looking for in new hires is “a strong work ethic”.
(As many millennials and Gen Z’ers are prioritizing work/life balance as their number one requirement in a job, it begs the question, who is going to win this Mexican stand off?)

“Strong work ethic” = sacrificing yourself at the alter of corporate profit, selling your life for a few thousand more dollars a year.
